Kitchen and Food Safety Print and Digital Escape Room

Description

Save yourself time and energy with a simple, easy to use escape room. This Kitchen and Food Safety Escape Room was a hit when reviewing basic safety concepts. “What’s wrong in the kitchen”, food allergies, cooking and handling, and accidents in the kitchen are all covered in this 4-puzzle escape room. The escape room can be completed on paper (answer keys included), digitally on Google Forms, or a combination of printing the papers for students to complete the puzzle and allowing each team to add a code in a self-checking Google Form. This escape room took my FACS 1 students about 35-45 mins to complete in groups of 3-4. My students then kept the puzzles as review for the safety test.
