Shakshuka- A North African vegetable dish with poached eggs not only uses knife skills, but it’s also a healthy and surprisingly well-received dish. This resource provides everything you need to complete a cooking lab- just add food! This is a great recipe for a 3-day lab in a 49-minute class, but could easily be adjusted for longer class periods. This product contains both digital and print options for the cooking lab in your FCS kitchen.
